  Excellent place to live. Great location, reasonably priced and very nice layout. Office staff are very easy to deal with, and maintenance fix any issues in a timely manner. They have a towing policy, which is fantastic if you are capable of putting the actual sticker they give you inside your actual vehicle. It ensures nobody has 10 guests over, making it impossible to find a space. If you don't follow the rules, don't be surprised to get towed?
  
  The people living there seem to be extremely friendly, and they have a nice pool area.
