  I would not recommend renting from this company. We do not feel that they will take care of your property. My husband had a long term renter that costs thousands of dollars in damage. A yearly inspection would take care of some of the things we had to repair. The house was absolute filth. We had to put 30k into the home to get it ready to sell. The house had to be completely gutted. Also, the person they recommended for repair work did shoddy work. Had there been communication and documentation of yearly inspections some of these problems could have been avoided. We didn't get an explanation or an apology.
